The latest firmware update [FW 2.10] was released on October 9, 2023. If you purchased your IBEX LITE HR system before that date, you will need to install this update.
Complete the Firmware Update Request form on the right of this page and hit SUBMIT. Once you submit the form you will receive a thank you page with instructions on how to update your system and a link to the firmware update file.
