FAST is an acronym for Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma, created as a triage and post-interventional screening test by human trauma surgeons.

When used with E.I. Medical Imaging’s SA² and the C6E and C9E transducers, FAST scanning allows rapid diagnostic protocols for everyday use.

This unique rectal probe offers the resolution of a flat linear with the deeper penetration and wider field-of-view of a convex model. The short array and tight pitch optimize image quality, while the very slight curvature makes ideal contact with the mucosal surface in a minimal-height form factor.
