E.I. Medical Imaging achieves this commitment by::

• Maintaining a Quality Management System that is appropriate to the context and strategic direction of E.I. Medical Imaging.
• Meeting customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Establishing and reviewing measurable quality objectives, with defined responsibilities for achieving them.
• Maintaining and continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring personnel are competent, understand how their work contributes to the Quality Management System, and receive the training and information needed to perform their responsibilities effectively.
• Applying appropriate technologies and selecting and evaluating suppliers based on their ability to meet specified requirements.
• Ensuring documented procedures reflect actual practices and that process are effectively controlled from order receipt through production, shipment, and post-delivery activities.

The Quality Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives, as defined in Quality Manual.

The Management is responsible for ensuring the Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applied within the organization, maintained as documented information, and made available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
