Service Technician 3/Engineer 1

Job Summary

Diagnose and repair finished ultrasound devices and accessories to the component level
Interface directly with end users regarding repair estimates and requirements
Provide exceptional customer service

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred [BSEE]
US work authorization
Five years minimum experience in FPGA BGA/mixed signal board debug to component level using Oscilloscope and other test equipment
Must be well organized, able to multitask, able to manage own workflow
Must have excellent customer service skills
Successful candidate will pass solder skills and electronics test

Abilities Required

Use of PC and applicable related software packages.
Ability to read Schematics, BOM’s and PCB layout files (OrCAD/Allegro experience a plus)
Knowledge and understanding of electronic concepts and principles
Understanding of schematics and circuitry
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electronic issues to the component level
PCB component-level manufacturing and repair—including SMT soldering.
Can adequately use electronic tools such as Oscilloscopes and multi-meters
Good customer service skills, both oral and written.

Job Details

Full time at company facility [Loveland, CO]
Pay: $27-30/hour
