Medical Imaging IBEX® or EVO® ultrasound equipment, students of universities, and designated animal research facilities are eligible for loaner equipment on a short-term basis. A $150 handling charge will be added to all non-warranty repairs for use of the loaner while your equipment is being serviced. Repairs under warranty will receive loaners at no cost. A loaner program agreement must be signed and faxed or accepted online before loaner equipment can be made available. Failure to return equipment back to E.I. Medical Imaging within 10 days of receiving repaired equipment will result in a $150 per day charge. At 30 days, the borrowing party will be invoiced for retail price of the loaned equipment. Normal labor rates will be charged for cleaning any equipment received. Damage to any returned equipment is the responsibility of the borrowing party. All loaned equipment is, and shall remain the sole property of E.I. Medical Imaging. The borrowing entity acknowledges no right or ownership title to loaned equipment.
