New Firmware Version Available for LITENXT!

A new firmware release is now available for the IBEX LITENXT users to download and install. This release includes image improvements, feature additions, and small performance and bug fixes, explained in more detail below.

Specific image updates include:

• Auto record option added (records whenever image is live with auto standby enabled)

• Keypad lock feature added:
  • Press power key once to power system on
  • Press and hold power key for 3 seconds to shut system down
  • Press power key three times to toggle keypad lock on and off
• Measurement features added:
  • Gestation tables added
    • Press SELECT key on a frozen image to enter measure mode
    • Press the customizable TRIANGLE key to access gestation tables by species
    • Table application persists until changed or removed
    • Data references are found at the end of the user manual
  • Optional full grid overlay now has adjustable brightness and sizing
    • Found in Settings menu > Miscellaneous
  • Measurements now in cm or mm option
    • Found in Settings menu > Miscellaneous
  • Review menu added
    • Access with other menus, by pressing the select key to awaken
    • Choose location (internal or USB storage) and then locate your desired images
    • Press the TRIANGLE key when an image is highlighted for options (open, delete, export, rename)
  • Tag ID (via Bluetooth or manual entry) and display added for animal ID
    • Found in Settings menu > Miscellaneous
  • Menu timeout lengthened to 10 seconds by default, with options of 0, 5, 15, and 30 seconds
    • Found in Settings menu > Miscellaneous
  • System backups and image restoration now automatic when installing an upgrade
  • Data policy screen on first power-up; agree or opt out once
