2021 Update

Dear Friends of EIMI,

A year ago, we were all probably pretty unaware of how unusual things were about to get in this world. The last 12 months have brought tragedy, resilience, and hope. I wanted to reach out to you today to say thanks, and to give you a brief update.

Like most businesses, we have had to adapt quite a lot in the midst of the pandemic. Every staff meeting has brought about questions as to how we might keep ourselves and our families safe and our customers happy. We have stuck to local guidelines and managed to keep all aspects of our business moving forward.

You probably haven’t seen as much of your local reps in the last year as you might have otherwise. Perhaps you typically visit with us at trade shows or participate in our student seminars. Maybe you even purchased from us without an in-person demo. Those of us that work remotely have certainly traveled less this year, although we’ve now begun to venture out a bit as cases decline.

In our facility in Loveland, we’ve taken steps to promote social distancing and reduce density within the office. Our customer service and administrative staff are largely working from home, and the wonderful folks that build and service your equipment are split into smaller teams, working longer but fewer days in a more sparsely populated shop.

We so appreciate your patience as we’ve learned to communicate with each other remotely, and to pass service items and production workload from team to team to keep ourselves isolated as much as possible, keeping everything moving with less than half the staff at the office on any given day.

I feel extremely optimistic as spring draws near. We’re looking forward to a great 2021 despite its challenges, and we hope to see more of you in person this year! Thanks again for your support and understanding, and as always, please reach out if there’s anything we can do to help you!
